Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we use your name, email, optional phone number, postcode, project notes and any included curtain specification to respond to your request and prepare a quotation. The form is processed by our Vercel hosting service and sent through Resend to the Studio Curtains team’s email inbox. Email providers process and retain the message to deliver it and support our correspondence. The website does not take payment or accept an order automatically. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your enquiry information.

Browser storage

Your selected curtain specification and comparison shortlist can be saved in this browser. These contain product choices, dimensions and the calculated price, not contact details. During form submission, session storage also holds a request identifier and a non-readable fingerprint to prevent duplicate emails; it does not hold your form fields. You can clear them using the button below.

External documents

Manufacturer document links open on J&C Joel’s website. Their privacy practices apply when you visit those pages. Our hosting provider processes requests needed to serve and protect this site, including technical connection information.
